As WRE’s President, Barie Pinnell is a skilled, highly creative Accredited Staging Professional Master.  She has the proven ability, not only to help you sell your home faster and at TOP DOLLAR; but, is also a designer with notable experience in domestic & international retail, commercial, and residential interior design, furniture design and construction management.  Her international repertoire includes experience designing and coordinating with architecture firms and historical counsels for store design development in England, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Asia.  Barie’s creative thinking, problem solving, and solid account management are realized in Worldwide Revolutionary Environments, LLC.

Barie obtained her Accredited Staging Professional Master™ designation in August 2006. She is a dedicated professional who has studied and learned the proven and powerful techniques of staging homes.  She successfully completed the detailed ASP™ & ASPM™ courses and passed required thorough examinations on preparing homes for sale.  Staged homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter-free and ready to show to prospective buyers.  A professional committed to the principles & practices of marketing properties as staged homes, in December of 2007, Barie founded the Fort Worth International Association of Home Staging Professionals Regional Chapter and was the 2007 President of the Dallas International Association of Home Staging Professionals Regional Chapter.

Barie Pinnell received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the FIDER Accredited, University of North Texas.  Her minor studies were in Engineering Technology.  Her career in Interior Design began at the watch and ready-to-wear company, Fossil.   

Barie developed the international shop-in-shop & fixture program for Fossil, which included programs for DKNY, Armani, and Diesel.  She designed over 50 shop-in- shops, including installations in England,  Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, France, China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, the Philippines, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, & the Bahamas.  Barie was also Fossil’s Design Account Manager for all of the company’s international & domestic accessory stores.  She rolled out over 50 stores domestically & internationally.  She also directed all graphics & visual items pertaining to each accessory, outlet & ready-to-wear store; as well as, coordinated with the architect of record all design concepts through to construction documents.    

While at Fossil, an old college classmate came to Barie and offered her an opportunity to join him to start a new firm.  She formed Bròc&Barie and focused on offering turn-key interior design and décor services for residential and commercial clients. With Bròc&Barie, she not only developed, designed, and planned spaces, but she developed relationships with a reliable group of vendors and suppliers that, together, make the process of designing, acquiring, and delivering furniture, accessories, drapery, and art and antiques quite efficient.  Barie’s projects with Bròc&Barie ranged from a 7,500 sq. ft. residential renovation to 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant renovation to common area and lobby renovations of large, multi-tenant office buildings.

Barie joined the design team at STAK Design in November of 2004.  She brought her retail design savvy to the table and designed and developed retail merchandising units, kiosks, perimeter and loose fixture packages for STAK.  Barie leaned on her commercial know-how to design exhibit and tradeshow booths and a 15,000 square foot office space while at STAK.
