YOU CAN TELL I AM EXCITED ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR CONSULTATION... We are hard at work implementing all of your suggestions. We thought we had taken a lot of stuff out of the house before but we have managed to fill another storage area I procured on Saturday. We have just about completed all of the easy things. The painter will be here "early in the week" and we have had the carpet installer measure the house. I think we can get it installed by the end of the week if we can find the carpet…
I am convinced realtors should be providing this service as a matter of course for all of their clients. I will personally pursue this with the manager of the office at Ebby on your behalf. I am going to try and see if the manager will let me attend a meeting of all of the agents to talk about staging from a customer point of view. I think I will be able to get you plenty of referrals.
You
can tell I am excited about the outcome of your consultation. The change
in some of the rooms is dramatic like the office/study. But the whole is
greater than the sum of the parts. I know this doesn't mean we are going
to sell the house in a week put I am positive that all of the changes will

WE
HAVE A SALES CONTRACT! We
hired WRE to stage our house as part of the selling process. They were
very professional and offered us a number of ideas for our house after
interviewing us. They incorporated many of our items in the staging of our
house along with several of their own pieces.
They
did an excellent job of actually staging the house, which looked great
when they were done. They supervised the furniture rental company in
delivering and placing the staging pieces. We came back after a few hours
and the house was completely done. They were able to conceive and present
a design that reflected our personality in a way that we could not
express.
And
now we have a sales contract! We were so happy with them that we have
hired them to assist in the design and decorating of our new house.

Working
